What is Movement Analysis?
Movement analysis, also known as gait analysis, is a comprehensive study of your body walking style. It takes the coordination of your bones, joints, and muscles into account to reveal any defects not identified during a regular body assessment. By understanding how your body moves as you walk, our physicians can analyze, plan and offer the best treatment for you, whether it be surgery or physical therapy.

What can I expect during a movement or gait analysis screening?

Typically, the report is tailored depending on your specifications. In some instances, your doctor may advise surgery, but a physical therapy plan is also an alternative treatment.
